This district serves Adams, Clay, Franklin, Harlan, Kearney, Nuckolls, Phelps, and Webster Counties.Hoeft has been a county court judge in the 10th Judicial District since 2013, the announcement said. He was also previously the county attorney and deputy county attorney for Phelps County.The previous district court judge for the 10th Judicial District was Terri S.
